The Safest Form of Flight
This ultra-light is the safest form of flight - the
parachute is inflated before leaving the ground. The cart hangs below
the canopy like a pendulum and will not roll over or flip like a
conventional fixed wing aircraft. Since the pilot
controls the machine direction manually, a power failure does not
effect the aircraft direction controls. In the unlikely event
of a power failure, the aircraft will glide through the
air using the airfoil provided by the canopy. The pilot can
then locate a suitable landing area and bring the craft to
a safe touchdown.

Grass Airfield
These air crafts are well suited for short take off and
landings and do not require any special landing strip - a
grass field is all that is needed. Unlike rigid fixed wing or
delta wing aircraft whose wings are difficult to set up and
remove for transport, the wing (airfoil) of a PPC is a
parachute. The parachute is easily packed into a flight bag
for hassle free transport.
